Tech:NYC Job Board

A free job board covering openings across the Tech:NYC network — the industry group representing New York tech employers. It was showing 7,816 live jobs when I checked, and it is deliberately weighted towards in-person New York roles rather than remote listings. Filters cover job title and keyword, seniority, salary and company, and a separate tab lets you browse the member companies themselves, which is useful even if you never apply through the board. You can join their talent network and set job alerts free. Listings are aggregated by Getro, so the postings live on each employer's own site and the board is a directory pointing at them. Not just engineering: the roles on show ranged from banking and accounting at J.P. Morgan to enterprise sales at OpenAI to brand and communications work.

Why I recommend it: Use the company browser before the job list. Because every employer here is a Tech:NYC member, that tab is a ready-made target list of New York tech companies — and reaching a hiring manager at one of them directly beats being applicant 400 on the board. Two honest notes: the count changes daily and an aggregated board can carry stale postings, so always confirm the role still exists on the employer's own careers page before you invest time in a tailored application; and because it is New York-focused by design, it is the wrong board if you need remote work.
