Why I recommend it

This is where the "career readiness competencies" language in graduate job descriptions comes from — worth reading so you can mirror it back. Paywall note: the competency pages linked from here are free, but NACE's survey data, salary reports and full Job Outlook editions require paid membership — stick to the free material unless your school already has a membership.
