Meta Rotational Programs (RPM and Rotational Network Engineering)
What it is
Meta's own page for its two rotational programs. The Rotational Product Manager (RPM) program is 18 months of short-term employment for early-career product managers: a four-week product bootcamp, then three rotations through different product teams, based in Menlo Park or New York City, with start dates of March 2027 and September 2027. Applications open once a year, typically late summer or early autumn, and need a resume plus a short questionnaire. A Rotational Network Engineering track is listed alongside it. At the end of the program you are evaluated and considered for a full-time role.
Why I recommend it
Free to apply, no fee, and it is a paid job rather than a course — which makes it one of the few genuine ways into product management without already having the title. Read the status line on the page rather than my summary: when I checked on 23 September 2026 it said applications open 23 September 2026, so the window may be open right now and it only comes once a year. Three honest points. It is short-term employment, not a permanent job: a full-time offer at the end is considered, not promised. It is in-person in Menlo Park or New York, so housing costs are yours.
