What it is

Google's agentic development platform: a full IDE, CLI, and SDK where agents can drive your editor, terminal, and browser to complete end-to-end tasks. Uses Gemini 3.

Why I recommend it

Free in public preview with rate limits — Google has not announced future pricing. Not supported for enterprise customers on the IDE. If you want to try agent-first coding without paying up front, this is currently the fullest free option.
