The 20-Minute Resume Refresh That Actually Gets Replies

You do not need to rebuild your resume from scratch. Most resumes I see are 80% there and losing out on the last 20%.
1. Rewrite your top third
Recruiters spend a handful of seconds on the top third of page one. That space should say what you do, what you are good at, and what you want next — in plain language.
2. Turn duties into outcomes
"Responsible for managing social media" tells me nothing. "Grew a small business account from 400 to 6,000 followers in a year, driving 30% of new bookings" tells me everything. Numbers do not have to be huge. They have to be real.
3. Match the words in the posting
Applicant tracking systems match language, not intent. If the posting says "stakeholder management" and you wrote "worked with teams," change it — as long as it is true.
That is it. Twenty minutes, three fixes. Run it through a scanner from the hub and apply.
